When I try to access R ZIMConnect on my laptop, which is the machine I used to set up my account, all I get is a tab at the top of my browser and nothing else. The only way I can connect at all is with my Kindle. How can I fix this?
I don’t work for RZIM but I do work in IT for a job. Which browser are you having trouble with (and on what operating system; windows 10)?
Have you tried either clearing your browser cache with these instructions: https://clear-my-cache.com/en/windows.html
Or perhaps trying to install a different browser such as chrome ?
